Alexander Duane Claypoole

Alexander Duane Claypoole, 54, of Worthington, passed away Friday July 29, 2022,
at MD Anderson Hospital in Houston, Texas.

He was born February 8, 1968, in Kittanning to DeJay and Anita Claypoole.

He had attended Worthington-West-Franklin High School, Worthington, PA., until
its closing in 1984. 

Alex was a lifelong dairy farmer, he enjoyed rebuilding his John Deere tractor,
showing cows, and spending time driving around his fields to look at his crops.


He is survived by his wife Nicole Claypoole of Worthington; father DeJay
Claypoole of Worthington; four daughters Nicole (Zack) Steele of Slate Lick,
Kaitlyn (Cary) Shearer of Worthington, Alexis (Tim) Seipt of Easton, PA, and
Olivia Claypoole of Worthington; two sisters Lisa (Tony) Saloum of Ford City and
Kim (Jason) Gerber of Mercer; grandchildren Addalie, Parker, Everly, Delaney,
and Shelby.

He was preceded in death by his mother Anita Claypoole; brother Jimmy Claypoole;
grandparents Oren and Sara Claypoole and William and Helen Heasley.

Friends will be received on Thursday, August 4, 2022, from 5:00 pm until the
time of a funeral service at 7:00 pm at the Franklin Union Baptist Church 106
Century Hill Lane, Kittanning, PA 16201 with Pastor Ron Shaffer officiating. 

Interment in in the Franklin Union Baptist Church Cemetery.
