Linda Lee Ryan Branan

Linda Lee Ryan Branan, 47, of Worthington, Pa., formerly of Shelocta, Pa., died
peacefully Saturday, September 14, 2013, at her home, following a courageous
battle with cancer.

The daughter of Richard P. Ryan and Linda E. (St. Clair) Ryan Conoran, she was
born December 27, 1965, in Johnstown, Pa.

Linda graduated in 1983 from Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington,
Pa.

Linda worked many years in retail as a manager at the Dollar Tree in Indiana,
Pa. and Kittanning, Pa. and Big Lots and Michael's of Indiana, Pa.

She was an active member at Christ Church, Indiana. Her passion was scrapbooking
and spending time with her family, especially her two grandchildren.  She also
enjoyed traveling to Ocean City, Md., each year to relax at the beach. 

Surviving are her mother, Linda E. and stepfather, David Conoran Sr., of
Worthington; daughter, Jessica Birge and her husband, Brian, of Shelocta; a son,
Christopher Branan and his wife, Tiffani, of Avonmore, Pa.; three brothers,
William "Bill" Ryan, of Shelocta, Pa., Richard "Rick" Ryan, of Penn Run, Pa.,
and Brian Ryan and his wife, Dawn, of Josephine, Pa.; two stepsisters, Raegan
Camuso and her husband, Mark, of Harrisburg, Pa., and Jennifer Humble and her
husband, Terri, of Punxsutawney, Pa.; a stepbrother, David Conoran Jr. and his
wife, Patty, of Hamilton, Pa.; Linda's former husband, Robert "Bob" Branan, of
Greensburg, Pa.; two grandchildren, Allison and Bradley Birge; numerous aunts,
uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; and Barney, the Maine coon.

Preceding Linda in death were her father, Richard P. Ryan; paternal
grandparents, Richard A. and Margaret E. Ryan; maternal grandparents, William
and Lois St. Clair; and a stepsister, Shelly Rearigh.

Friends will be received from 2 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at the
JOHN A. LEFDAHL FUNERAL HOME, Indiana, Pa. Funeral service will immediately
follow at 7 p.m. in the Lefdahl Chapel.

Interment in Union Cemetery, Shelocta, Pa., will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the John A. Lefdahl
Funeral Home, 898 Old Route 119 North, Indiana, PA 15701.
