Daniel Patton Stewart
Daniel Patton Stewart of Morgantown, WV, passed away on December 7, 2022, due to
complications from throat cancer.
Born February 24, 1959, in Kittanning, he was the son of Donald and Nancy
(McMillen) Stewart Olesnevich.
He attended Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington, Pa.
Dan was in the Army, worked all his life as a coal miner, and was a member at
West Glad Run Presbyterian Church.
He loved spending time with family and friends always helping those in need. You
would always see him smiling.
He is survived by his, wife, Cathy Stewart Hummel daughters, Meghan and Vickie,
brother, Donald, and sister, Shaunee Horstman, and five grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Vickie Michaud.
There will be no public visitation or funeral services.
