Keitha Lynn Nulph Blake
Keitha Lynn (Nulph) Blake, 43, of RD 1, Adrian, PA., died Monday, May 19, 2003
at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital, East Franklin Township, Kittanning, Pa.
She was born October 8, 1959 in Kittanning, to Donald E. and Peggy (Keller)
Nulph.
She was a 1977 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington,
Pa.
Mrs. Blake was a first deputy in the Armstrong County Treasurer's Office for
more than 26 years.
She was a member of Brush Valley Brethren Church, Adrian, Pa.
Her other memberships were the Washington Township Fire Department Ladies
Auxiliary, Adrian, where she was a treasurer.
She enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her husband, Walter Wayne Blake, whom she married Dec. 18,
1982; three sons, Brandon J. Blake, Adam W. Blake and Cody M. Blake, all at
home; five brothers, Donald E. Nulph Jr., Larry A. Nulph and Terry L. Nulph, all
of Worthington, William A. Nulph of Fenelton, Pa. and Kenneth D. Nulph of
Springdale, Pa.; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, James Nulph in 1978; and
one sister, Janice Kay Hooks on July 18, 1997.
Friends of Keitha Lynn (Nulph) Blake, 43, of RD 1, Adrian, Pa., who died Monday,
May 19, 2003, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
p.m. Wednesday at the Kennedy & Blodgett Funeral Home, 253 N. Grant Ave.,
Kittanning, where funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 22, 2003,
with Pastor Susan G. Irons of Evangelical Lutheran Church, Worthington,
officiating.
Interment in Worthington Lutheran Church Cemetery, Worthington, Pa.
