Cindy Kay Ulisky Milliken
Cindy Kay Ulisky Milliken, 63, of Worthington, passed away on Monday, August 16,
2021 at her home.
She was born January 3, 1958 in Butler, Pa to the late Paul D. and Janet L.
(Steele) Ulisky and was a lifelong resident of the community.
She was a 1976 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington,
PA.
She was a homemaker who cherished time spent with her family.
“Mimi” cherished time spent talking with friends and family at the table or
around a campfire.
She especially adored watching all of her grandchildren run around the yard
playing, seeing them play sports, and watching them grow up.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her sons, Aaron Milliken, of Walkchalk,
Pa and Devin Milliken, of Worthington, Pa; step-daughter, Dawn (Bobby) Sloan, of
North Carolina; grandchildren, Dakota (Dylan) Jurick, of Irwin, Pa, Johnathan
Snyder, of North Carolina, Rylee Snyder, of Eau Claire, Pa, Dawson Sloan, of
North Carolina, Shayne Milliken, of Chicora, Pa, Taylor Milliken, of Tarentum,
Pa, and Adilynn Milliken, of Worthington; great-granddaughter, Remi Hilliard, of
Eau Claire, Pa; brothers, Ronald Ulisky, of Worthington, and Donald (Sandra)
Ulisky, of Palm Springs, CA; sister-in-law, Corenna Johns, of Adrian; and many
nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin
Milliken.
Per Cindy’s wishes, no services will be held.
Arrangements are under the care of the F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home in
Worthington, PA. |
