Lonnie Ray Bowser

Lonnie Ray Bowser, 39, of Worthington R.D. 1, died Wednesday, February 25, 1998
at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Pittsburgh.

He was born August 28, 1958 in Kittanning to J. Ray and Shirley Jean (Bowser)
Bowser.

He was a 1976 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington,
Pa.

Mr. Bowser was employed with the Pittsburgh Local Steamfitters Union 449, as a
steamfitter.

He was a Protestant.

He was a member of the Buffalo Valley Sportsman's Club; the Burnt Ridge Bow
Club; the Buckmasters; and the United Bow Hunters.

He is survived by his wife, Pamela (Crissman) Bowser, whom he married on Aug.
16, 1997; his mother of Worthington R.D. 2; one sister, Mrs Mark (Beverly) Hika
of Worthington R.D. 2 his maternal grandfather, Clarence Bowser of Worthington
R.D. 1; and two nephews, Colby and Corry Hika.

He was preceded in death by his father, who died on Nov. 16, 1997; one sister,
Amy Lynn Bowser, who died in 1988; and one nephew, Dahne Hika.

Friends of Lonnie Ray Bowser, 39, of Worthington R.D. 1, who died Wednesday,
Feb. 25, 1998, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the F. Duane Snyder
Funeral Home, Inc., A Forethought Member, 119 Bear St., Worthington. Additional
visitation will be held at the funeral home from 11 a.m. Friday until the time
of funeral services at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Jonathan D. Speck, pastor of the
Worthington Presbyterian Church, officiating.

Interment will take place in the Worthington Presbyterian Cemetery, Worthington,
Pa.
