Donna Day Smith Luketic
Donna Day Smith Luketic, 45, of RD 1, Cowansville, Pa., formerly of Worthington,
Pa., died Sunday, January 16, 2000 at the University of Pittsburgh Medical
Center, Pittsburgh, Pa.
She was born May 8, 1954 in Kittanning to Merle J. Smith and June A. (Greenwalt)
Smith.
She was a 1972 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington,
Pa
She was a homemaker and a member of the Sherrett United Methodist Church,
Sherrett, Pa.
Her hobbies included playing board games, doing crossword puzzles, drawing and
listening to Barry Manilow. She was a member of three Barry Manilow fan clubs.
Survivors include her husband, George Luketic, Jr. whom she married on August
31, 1973; two children, Jeffrey L. Luketic and Rebecca Luketic, both of RD 1,
Cowansville; her mother June A. (Greenwalt) Smith Schultz and her step-father,
William S. Schultz of Kittanning; and a brother, David Russell Smith of
Worthington.
She was preceded in death by her father, who died in 1993; and an infant sister,
Sheila Kay Smith.
Friends of Donna Day Smith Luketic, 45, of RD 1, Cowansville, Pa., formerly of
Worthington, Pa., who died January 16, 2000, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7
to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, Inc., Cowansville, where
funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 19, 2000, with the
Rev. Craig Smith, pastor of Sherrett United Methodist Church, officiating.
Interment will take place in the Lawn Haven Burial Estates, Worthington, Pa.
