Amy Sue Hindman

Amy Sue Hindman, 67, of Kittanning passed away on Saturday January 2, 2021 in
ACMH Hospital. 

She was born on January 9, 1953 in Kittanning a daughter of the late George &
Geraldine (Slease) Hindman and was a lifelong resident of the community.

She was 1971 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington, PA.


She was a member of the ford City Eagles Ladies Auxiliary where she served as
secretary for 10 years. She was secretary for District #4 of the Eagles also. At
the Eagles she helped raise money for make a wish by making tree ornaments each
month to sell and was involved with the children’s parties for Easter &
Christmas. She helped get the prom gown give away organized and started. 

She enjoyed playing bingo, cards, cooking, and crafts. She loved her dog Mollie.


Amy is survived by her sister Jill Davis (Bobby Wallace), Aunt Kathleen
Zambotti, Step sister Lisa (Larry) Rice, Step brother Terry (Gail) Rea, Nephew
Dennis Davis along with several nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, stepfather, Paul Rea; Brother in law,
Butch Davis; step brothers, Ronnie & Greg Rea. 

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday January 6, 2021 in the
Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 200 South Mckean St., Kittanning, Pa 16201 from
6:00 – 8:00pm. Additional viewing will be held in the funeral home on Thursday
January 7, 2021 from10:00am until time of funeral services at 11:00am. 

Burial will follow in Worthington Presbyterian Cemetery, Worthington, PA. 

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Amy’s honor to FC
Eagles Ladies Auxiliary, 420 O’Connor St., Ford City, Pa 16226 or to a charity
of your choice.
