Russell Erwin Hancock
Russell Erwin Hancock, 68, of Kittanning (Valley Township), died Friday,
November 27, 2015, in Armstrong County Helath Center.
He was born May 3, 1947, to the late Russell and Evelyn (Swigart) Hancock.
He was a 1966 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington,
Pa.
He was the owner of 85 Auto Body.
He was a member of Rayburn Township Volunteer Fire Department and the Armstrong
County Firemen's Association, Pattonville VFW, Ford City Eagles and Kittanning
Eagles.
He enjoyed hunting and doing bodywork on cars.
He is survived by two nieces, Deanna Ace and Barb Smail; two nephews, Joe Richey
and Jeff Richey; a brother-in-law, Joe Richey; and close friends, William
Bracken and Rusty Davis.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Beverly Richey
(10/30/1998).
Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and 10 a.m. until time of
services at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the SNYDER-CRISSMAN FUNERAL HOME in Kittanning
with the Rev. Edward Walters officiating.
Interment in Lawn Haven Burial Estates, Worthington, Pa.
