Loureigh Burns Good

A 62-year-old retired Worthington-West Franklin High School teacher, Loureigh B.
Good of Worthington, Pa., died at 3:30 a.m. today, Friday, July 5, 1974, at his
home after a short illness.

He taught school at Worthington for 36 years before his retirement. He was also
a sports coach at the school. A member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in
Worthington, he belonged to the Masonic Lodge #244 of Kittanning, Pa.,
Coudersport Consistory and Orient Royal Arch Chapter 247. He was a member of the
Worthington-West Franklin Volunteer Fire Department.

Born October 4, 1911, he was the son of David Marshall Good and Mary (Burns)
Good.

Surviving are his wife Roberta Bell (Bowser) Good, three sons, Marshall L. Good
of Greenville, SC, John E. Good of RD 1, Fenelton, Pa., Dalton D. Good at home:
two daughters, Mrs. Donald (Barbara Lou) Kunselman of RD 1 Fenelton, Jennifer
Ann Good at home: two brothers, Dalton Good of New Kensington, Pa., Eincel Good
of Kittanning, Pa.; a sister Mrs. Lee (Bonnie) Van Dyke of New Kensington; two
step brothers, Jay Watt of Okinawa, Levellon Watt of Ohio; a step sister, Mrs.
Boyd (Eva J.) Lewis of
Aliquippa, Pa.; and three grandsons.
 
Friends of Loureigh B. Good will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. today (Friday),
July 5, and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, July 6, at the James A. Flick
Funeral Home, Worthington. Also, from 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday, July 7, 1974 at the
Evangelical Lutheran Church, Worthington, where funeral services will take place
at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Charles Stader, pastor in charge.
 
Burial will be at the Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery, Worthington, Pa.
