Thomas Lamoine Peat 

Thomas Lamoine "Tom" Peat, 78, of Worthington, passed away Saturday, February
12, 2022, in ACMH Hospital.

Born March 22, 1943, in Worthington, he was the son of the late Oran and Elsie
Fay (Guthrie) Peat.

He attended Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington, PA.

Tom was a lifelong resident of his community. 

He served in the U.S. Air Force and was a Vietnam veteran. 

He retired from Eljer Pottery, working as a kiln fireman. 

Tom loved gardening, music (playing in the band "The Sterios" in the 1960s) and
was of the Baptist faith. He was mechanically inclined and very creative.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Judith
(Frerotte) Peat; companion, Elizabeth "Betty" Revay; and brothers: Robert,
Richard, Chalmer, James, Hudson, and Edward.

Tom is survived by daughters, Michelle (Paul) Freeman, of Middletown, Del., and
Jennifer (Michel) Fircak, of Churchill; son, Eric Peat, of Butler; lady friend,
Grace Jeffries; granddaughter, Abrielle Soules; grandsons, Brandon and Jonathan
Pyle; sisters, Jean Leech, of Fenelton and Janet Hooks, of Worthington; also, a
number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2022, from 1-3 p.m. and 6
p.m. until the time of service at 8 p.m. in the Mantini Funeral Home, Inc., 701
Sixth Avenue, Ford City, with the Very Rev. Eric J. Dinga as officiant.
