Carole Ann Smith Thomas Pfaff
Carole Ann Smith Thomas Pfaff, 70, of Worthington, died Monday, April 6, 2015,
at Kittanning Care Center.
She was born May 10, 1944, in Worthington, daughter of the late Walter Ray Smith
and the late Margaret Catherine (Moyer) Smith.
She attended Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington, Pa.
She was a homemaker and attended Worthington Baptist Church.
She enjoyed camping, the Halloween season, crafting and playing Pogo on the
computer.
Survivors include her son, A. Michael Thomas, of Kittanning; son, John Thomas,
of Colorado; daughter, Diana Holmes and husband, Mark, of Prospect; son, Donald
Pfaff II, of Worthington; daughter, Stacy Kilpatrick and husband, James, of
Worthington; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald L. Pfaff, on March 19,
2010; daughter, Tracy Pfaff, in July 1972; and sister, Elaine Roudybush.
There will be no viewing.
Private service will be at the convenience of the family
