Patrica Lee Crawford Smith
Patricia Lee "Pat" Crawford Smith, 71, of Worthington, went to be with the Lord
on Saturday, July 11, 2015.
She was born June 22, 1944, in West Franklin Township, a daughter of the late
Calvin and Beulah (Shakley) Crawford.
She was a 1962 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington,
Pa.
A lifelong resident of Worthington, Pat retired from Armstrong County Memorial
Hospital after 25 years of service.
She was an avid volunteer for Worthington/West Franklin Fire Department and also
dedicated her time to the Worthington-West Franklin High School Reunion
Committee.
She enjoyed playing cards, going to the beach and spending time with her family.
Survivors include two daughters, Cally Wilsoncroft (Chris), of Ford Cliff, and
Marcy Walker (David), of Rural Valley; five grandchildren, Adam Walker, who is
proudly serving in the Navy, Sammy Walker, who is proudly serving in the Air
Force, Mia Walker, Nicholas Wilsoncroft, who is proudly serving in the Navy, and
Angela Wilsoncroft; one step-granddaughter, Alysa Walker; two brothers, Richard
Crawford (Connie), of Kittanning, and Robert Crawford (Marie), of Worthington;
and one sister, June Smith, of Worthington.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her five sisters,
Dorothy Budd, Louise Giff, Jean Smith, Betty Mularchik and infant sister, Vivian
Crawford.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 10 a.m.
until the time of services at 11 a.m. Friday at the F. DUANE SNYDER FUNERAL HOME
in Worthington with the Rev. Tim Lewis officiating.
Interment in Worthington Presbyterian Cemetery, Worthington, Pa.
