Judith Ann Craig Chestnut Roache
Judith "Judy" Ann Roache, age 70, of North East, Pa., died on Saturday, December
7, 2013, at home.
She was born on February 8, 1943 in Worthington, Pa., to the late Samuel and
Mary A. (Shetler) Craig.
Judy was 1961 graduate of Worthington-High School, Worthington Pa. She was
formerly employed with the North East School District as a bus driver for 26
years. She also worked at Welch Foods in North East.
She enjoyed coloring & pencil art, bowling, and collected sneakers.
Judy is survived by her husband of 29 years, Robert M. Roache whom she married
June 23, 1984; her children, Samuel Chestnut of Ohio, Tammy L. Weinheimer of
Erie, Lisa A. Craig of Erie, and Sherrie J. Roache of North East; a grandson,
Austin Roache of North East; sister, Marcella Y. Umbaugh and husband, Bud of
Barberton, Ohio; and Gertrude Esther Harriger of Tonawanda, NY; several nieces &
nephews; dogs, Mikey & Molly; and many close friends, especially Theresa &
Jeannie.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a niece, Vickie
Carlson.
Friends may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street,
North East on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 and are invited to attend a funeral service on
Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Officiating Rev. Rick Maas.
Interment North East Cemetery, Erie, Pa.

Team, 7 Park Street, North East, PA 16428.
