William Elmer Templeton
William Elmer Templeton, 80, of Rocky Mount, Va., passed away Wednesday, January
13, 2021.
Bill was born December 12, 1940, to the late Elmer Conrad and Margaret Emily
(Stewart) Templeton.
He attended Worthington-West Franklin Elementary School, Worthington, PA.
Bill proudly served his country in the 101st Airborne Division of the U.S. Army
from 1958-1960.
He is survived by his daughter, Bonnie Templeton, one sister, Margaret Shick and
numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara
Templeton, two sisters: Sarah Clowes and Mildred Kaufmann.
Services will be private due to COVID-19.
