Harlan Marion Hawley

Harlon Marion "Bud" Hawley, 42, of Monessen, died Monday, February 14, 1983 in
West Penn Hospital following surgery.

He was born February 19, 1940 in Worthington, son of Thomas Jennings and Wilma
(Claypoole) Hawley.

He attended Worthington-West Franklin High School.

He was a member of the Franklin Union Baptist Church of Worthington.

He was a member of the Navy and served in the Seabee's in the Cuban Missile
Crisis

His hobbies were hunting, camping, talking on the CB radio and breeding Irish
Setter dogs.

He was a truck driver

He was well loved by all who knew him

Surviving family members include his mother, Wilma Claypool Hawley, two
daughters, Mrs. Timothy (Teresa) Klingensmith; grandson Brent Klingensmith,
Carol M. Miller and grandchildren, Stacey and Douglas Miller, one
great-granddaughter, two brothers, Thomas Hawley and Homer Hawley, two sisters,
Wilma Barnhart and Barbara Claypoole and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father and one brother, John Hawley.
