Janet Elizabeth Crissman Pyle
Janet Elizabeth (Crissman) Pyle, 55, of Worthington, Pa., died Tuesday, December
19, 1995, at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital, East Franklin Township,
Kittanning, Pa.
She was born January 25, 1940, in Kittanning to Roy S. and Mildred E. (Rumbaugh)
Crissman.
She was a 1957 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington,
Pa.
Mrs. Pyle was a member of Worthington Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by two sons, Arthur L. Pyle Jr. of Worthington and Michael A.
Pyle of RD 6, Kittanning; five grandchildren, Keith, Shanna, Lacey, Dyna and
Trista Pyle; and five sisters, Mrs. Glen (Alverda Ellen) Sterling of Huron,
Ohio, Mrs. Homer (Geraldine Mildred) Jack of Evans City, Pa., Mrs. Charles
(Arlene Fay) Brand of Tionesta, Pa., Ms. Linda Lee Baker of Erie, Pa., and Mrs.
Jay (Robin Lynn) Toy of Worthington.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Mildred E. Crissman on October 6, 1995;
her father, Roy S. Crissman in April, 1972; her husband, Arthur L. Pyle Sr. in
1993; and a son, Kevin Eugene Pyle, September 29, 1990.
Friends of Janet Elizabeth (Crissman) Pyle, 55, of Worthington, Pa., who died
Tuesday, December 19, 1995, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Wednesday and Thursday at the F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home, 424 Bear St.,
Worthington and from 10 a.m. until time of services at 11 a.m. Friday, December
22, 1995, at the Worthington Presbyterian Church with the Rev. John Speck,
pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in Worthington Presbyterian Cemetery, Worthington, Pa.
