Arthur Duane Bish

Arthur Duane Bish, 72, of East Franklin Township, died Saturday, December 18,
2010, at Kittanning Care Center. 

He was born September 8, 1938, in Madison Township, Armstrong County, son of the
late Robert L. and Nellie (George) Bish. 

He was a 1957 graduate of Worthington High School and retired from Castle Rubber
Company in East Butler as a grinder after 44 years of service. 

He enjoyed flea markets, spending time with his family and trips to the Amish
country. He was a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Worthington. 

Survivors include four children, Randy L. Bish, of Greensburg and his fiancee,
Julie Molnar, of Latrobe, Sandy VanDyke, of Aspinwall, Juanita (Rick) John, of
Worthington, and Brian Bish, of Norwalk, Conn.; and nine grandchildren, Randy,
Nathan, Caitlin, Jacob and Kelly Bish, Sheena and Taylor VanDyke and Elizabeth
and Robert John; also surviving are sister-in-law, Shirley Bish, of East Brady;
an aunt, Violet Klingensmith, of New Bethlehem; and an uncle, Omer George, of
Eden, N.Y.; as well as several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis J.
(Crissman) Bish, April 2, 2010; his brother, R. Elzie Bish; and two
sisters-in-law and a brother-in-law. 

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the F. DUANE
SNYDER FUNERAL HOME in Worthington. Additional viewing one hour prior to
services at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home with Pastor Lawrence Camberg
officiating. 

Interment will be in the Worthington Lutheran Church Cemetery, Worthington, Pa.
