Richard Glenn Beckett
Richard Glenn "Dick" Beckett, 76, Worthington, Pa. passed away Thursday, October
24, 2013 at the Butler VA Hospice.
He was born in West-Franklin Township, August 10, 1937, a son of the late Glenn
and Elsie (Hamilton) Beckett.
He attended Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington, Pa.
Dick was an Army veteran having served in Germany and two tours of duty in
Vietnam.
He was employed by the Worthington Mushroom mines for years.
Survivors include three sisters, Alice V. Miller of Worthington, Pa., Betty J.
Goldstrom, of Rural Valley, Pa. and Dorothy L. Burris, of Butler, Pa.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Genevieve L.
McEwen.
