William Lee Somerville

William Lee "Billy" "Red" Somerville, 49, of Fenelton R.D. 1, died unexpectedly
Monday, September 15, 1986, of natural causes.

Born February 21, 1937, in Worthington, he was the son of Freda L. (French)
Somerville and the late Edward J. Somerville.

He attended Worthington-West Franklin High School.

Mr. Somerville was the owner of the County Line Tavern in Fenelton and was an
active hunter.

He was a member of the Franklin Union Baptist Church, Worthington; the East
Butler Volunteer Fire Department Association; the Butler County Tavern
Association; the Happy Hunters Club of Fenelton; Buffalo Valley Beagle Club of
Cragisville; Norwich Township Sportsmen's Club of McKean County; the Allegheny
Riverside Association, and the National Rifle Association. He was a social
member of Post 4843 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Ford City.

His wife, Etheldreda "Iggy" (Graham) Weiland Somerville died May 19, 1981.

Surviving are two step-sons, Raymond H. Weiland of Butler R.D. 2 and Donald P.
Weiland of Butler; a stepdaughter, Mrs. James (Nancy) Coyle of Fenelton; his
mother, Mrs. Freda L. Somerville of Fenelton R.D. 1; a brother, Edwin R.
Somerville of Butler R.D. 3; two sisters, Mrs. Lester (Bette L.) Boyer of
Slippery Rock, and his twin, Mrs. Bernard (Bonnie A.) McGaughey of Fenelton R.D.
1; nine step-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.

Friends of William Lee "Billy" "Red" Somerville of Fenelton R.D. 1, who died
Monday, Sept. 15, 1986, will be received at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E.
Cunningham St., Butler, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday.
