Victor Paul Jones

Victor Paul Jones, 75, of Worthington, died Monday, January. 30, 2012, at his
home. 

Born October 15, 1936, in Craigsville. He was a son of the late Victor H. and
Margaret Jane (Fullerton) Jones.

He was a 1955 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington,
Pa. 

A lifelong resident of the area, he attended North Buffalo Grace Brethren Church
and was a member of Evangelical Lutheran Church in Worthington. 

Mr. Jones retired from Alltel. He was a member of Kittanning-East Brady Lodge
244 F&AM, DeMolay, Coudersport Consistory, Heath Township Sportsmen's Club and a
life member of Worthington West Franklin VFD. Mr. Jones enjoyed spending time
with his family, going to camp, hunting and fishing. On March 15, 2008, Paul and
Ethel celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary by renewing their vows. They
have been married 53 years. 

Survivors include his wife, Ethel B. (Cousins) Jones; a son, Keith A. Jones, of
Worthington, and his fiancee, Zoe Ann Fuqua, of Butler; granddaughter, Kelly
Cole and husband, Michael, of Kittanning; grandson, Paul Jones, of Worthington,
and his girlfriend, Jen Fuery, of Fenelton; grandchildren, Justin Fuqua and
wife, Michaele, of Cherry Point, N.C., and Ryan Fuqua and wife, Jaime, of
Herman; great-granddaughters, Allira and Ashlin Cole, of Kittanning; brother,
Bishop Ralph Jones and wife, the Rev. Sandra, of Pleasantville, Pa.; and sister,
Hannah Myers and husband, William, of Ford City. 

Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
p.m. Wednesday at the F. DUANE SNYDER FUNERAL HOME, in Worthington. A Masonic
service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home. Funeral service
will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home with the Rev. Dave Blevins
and the Rev. Robert Burns co-officiating. 

Interment in Worthington Lutheran Church Cemetery, Worthington, Pa. 

Memorial contributions may be made to North Buffalo Grace Brethren Church or the
American Cancer Society.
