Emmaline Marie Johns Crissman Black

Emmaline Marie Johns Crissman Black, 60, of RD 1, Worthington, Pa., died Friday,
January 5, 1996 at her residence.

She was born October 18, 1935 in East Franklin Township to Melvin and Carrie
(Birch) Johns.

She attended Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington, Pa.

Mrs. Black was retired from Stull Cleaning.

She was a Protestant.

She is survived by her mother of Greenville, Pa.; two brothers, Melvin E. Johns
of Hadley, Pa., and Robert William Johns of Franklin, Pa.; and her friend,
Ronald Ryan of RD 1, Worthington.

She was preceded in death by her father; her first husband, Robert Crissman; and
her second husband, Arthur Black.

There will be no public visitation for Emmaline (Johns) Black, 60, of RD 1,
Worthington, who died January 5, 1996. funeral services will be held at 2 p.m.
Sunday at the F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., A Forethought Member, 119 Bear
St., Worthington, with the Rev. Peter Bolster, pastor of the Salem Baptist
Church (Walk Chalk), RD 3, Kittanning, officiating.

Interment will take place in the Worthington Presbyterian Cemetery, Worthington,
Pa.
