Joanne Marie Claypoole Hepler

Joanne Marie Claypoole Hepler, 50, of Kittanning R.D. 3, died yesterday, Friday,
September 11, 1987, in Armstrong County Memorial Hospital, Kittanning.

Born November 30, 1936, in Worthington, she was the daughter of Ray C. and
Margaret (Shields) Claypoole Sr.

She was a 1954 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington,
Pa.

Mrs. Hepler was a member of the Franklin Union Baptist Church, Worthington, the
Contenders Sunday School class, and the Women's Missionary Society of the
church.

Surviving are her husband, Darrell F. Hepler; a daughter, Shelby L. Hepler, and
a son, Scott T. Helpler, both at home; her parents, Mr and Mrs. Ray C. Claypoole
Sr. of Worthington R.D. 2; a sister, Mrs. Joe (Virginia L.) Alese of Kittanning
R.D. 1; and two brothers, Ray C. Claypoole Jr. and Mervin D. Claypoole, both of
Worthington R.D. 2.

Friends of Mrs. Joanne Marie Hepler of Kittanning R.D. 3, who died Friday,
September 11, 1987, will be received at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home,
Kittanning, from noon to 3 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, and at the church for an
hour before services. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday from
Franklin Union Baptist Church, Worthington, with the "Rev. William Scarfe,
pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Lawn Haven Memorial Park, Worthington, Pa.
