Carl Wayne Milligan

Carl Wayne Milligan, 26, of 210 Queen St., Kittanning, died Sunday morning
(April 15, 1962) at Stoney Point Hospital, near Brooklyn, N.Y., following
injuries received in an automobile accident.

Mr. Milligan was born September 10, 1935, in Worthington, a son of Earl and
Annabelle (Kennedy) Milligan.

He attended Worthington-West Franklin High School. 

He was a member of Craigsville Methodist Church, and was a structural iron
worker by occupation.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Gloria (Shoncek) Milligan: three children,
Kenneth, Mitzi, and Kay all at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Milligan,
Worthington RD 1; his grandmother, Mrs. Effie Kennedy, Cabot; a sister, Mrs. Lee
(Eunice) Burgess, Wheeling W.Va.; three brothers, Earl Ray Milligan, Jr.,
Butler, James Milligan, Worthington RD 1, and Thomas Milligan, Georgia.

Friends may call at Merwin Funeral Home after 7 this evening. Family visitation
hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m.
Wednesday at he funeral home.

Rev. Harry E. Sayre, pastor of Union Avenue Methodist Church, will conduct the
service.

Burial will be made in the United Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Worthington,
Pa.
