Hazel Virginia Foster Bargerstock

Hazel Virginia (Foster) Bargerstock, 70, of Worthington, died Thursday, December
15, 2005, at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.

She was born November 15, 1935, in West Franklin Township to Floyd and Ethel
(Armstrong) Foster.

She was a 1953 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington,
Pa.

She was employed by Armstrong County Memorial Hospital, until her retirement in
2000.

She was a member of the Worthington Presbyterian Church, where she taught Sunday
School, sang in the church choir, and was an avid member of the prayer chain.

She enjoyed crocheting and going to camp.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Edward W. Bargerstock Jr., whom she
married Oct. 8, 1955; two sons, Edward F. Bargerstock and wife Bari of
Worthington RD2, and John W. Bargerstock and wife Diane of Worthington RD2; four
grandchildren, Tyson, Kate, Samuel and Jacob Bargerstock, who were the apples of
her eye; one sister, L. Jean Cloak of Kittanning; one niece, Linda Smith, and
her best friend and cat, Misty.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Sunday at the F. DUANE SNYDER FUNERAL HOME, Todd W. Crissman, owner,
Worthington. Additional visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of an 11 a.m.
Monday service in Worthington Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Jonathan Speck,
pastor, will officiate. 

Burial will be in West Glade Run Church Cemetery, Kittanning, Pa.
