Claire Elizabeth Bundy Hindley
Claire Elizabeth Bundy Hindley, 81, of Saxonburg passed away Sunday, December 4,
2016, at the Good Samaritan Hospice.
Born August 26, 1935, in Kittanning, she was the daughter of the late William
and Mildred (Claypoole) Bundy.
She was a 1953 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington,
Pa.
She worked for Graybar Electric, Kimble Lighting, and II-VI.
She was a member of Harvest Baptist Church.
Claire enjoyed spending time with her kids, grandchildren and
great-grandchildren, baking, working the election polls and reading.
Surviving are her son, Timothy B. (Jan) Hindley of Natrona Heights; her
daughter, Donna (Dan) Stroupe of Roaring Spring, Pa.; 10 grandchildren; nine
great-grandchildren; five brothers, Harold, James, Joseph, William, and Gregory
and six sisters, Lois Mathewson, Gladys Abernathey, Nancy Croyle, Linda Smith,
Dorothy Braughler and Karen Robb.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William B.
Hindley; and two brothers, Willard and an infant.
Friends of Claire E. Hindley, who died Sunday, Dec. 4, 2016, will be received
from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Fox Funeral Home, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg.
Additional visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at the Harvest Baptist
Church, 224 Harvest Lane, Natrona Heights. A service will follow at 11 a.m. at
the church.
Interment will follow at the Lawn Haven Burial Estates, Worthington, Pa.

Natrona Heights, PA 15065.
