James Elton Snyder
James Elton Snyder, 69, of Leesburg, FL, died July 5, 2003 in Orlando, FL.
He was born April 12, 1934, a son of Elton E. and Mildred Buena (Shick) Snyder.
He was a 1952 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington,
Pa.
He moved to Leesburg in 1996 from Coatsville, PA. He was a Public school teacher
for 28 years and Director of Christian Education for 10 years.
Survivors are his wife, Joyce Snyder of Leesburg; mother, Mildred Snyder of
Tavares; son, Kenneth Snyder of E. Swallowfield, PA; Daughter, Debra Maiatico of
Sea IsleCity, NJ; brother, John Snyder of Sellersville, PA; sisters, Doris Aiken
and Joan Wood of Leesburg and 4 grandchildren.
He was pre-deceased by a brother, Alan Snyder.
Funeral Services will be Wed, July 9, 2003 at 11AM from Page-Theus Funeral Home,
Leesburg with Rev. Ron Cook & Pastor Gary Blanchard officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to The First
