Erwin Nelson Bowser
Erwin Nelson Bowser, 69, of Worthington died Tuesday, August 22, 2000 at
Armstrong County Memorial Hospital, East Franklin Township.
He was born April 16, 1931, in Worthington to Dennis and Vergie (Rhoades)
Bowser.
Mr. Bowser retired in 1994 from Armstrong Cement.
He attended Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington, Pa.
He was a member of Worthington Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include his wife, Jane E. (Anthony) Bowser, whom he married on Aug.
17, 1953; one son, Kevin Bowser of Home; one daughter, Mrs. Joseph C. (Kristen)
Wyant of Manorville; four grandchildren, Brock and Rebecca Bowser and Lauren and
Paige Wyant; one brother, Eldon Bowser of Bruin; and two sisters, Sylvia Stewart
of Worthington and Twila Strobel of Cabot.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Friends of Erwin N. Bowser, 69, of Worthington, who died Aug. 22, 2000, will be
received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the F Duane Snyder Funeral
Home, 119 Bear St., Worthington, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m.
Friday with his pastor, the Rev. Jonathan Speck, officiating.
Interment will be in Worthington Presbyterian Cemetery, Worthington, Pa.
