Carl Dwight Bowser
Carl Dwight "Jumbo" Bowser, 18-year-old Worthington youth drowned while swimming
in Garden Lakes, near Adrian, Sunday, June 9, 1950
Born June 2, 1932, at Worthington, a son of Harry C. and Alice (Miller) Bowser
He was a member of the graduating class of 1950 at the Worthington-West Franklin
High School.
He belonged to the Franklin Union Baptist Church of Worthington.
Friends are being received at the funeral home. The Rev. Paul F. Lilly, pastor
of the Franklin Union Baptist Church, will be in charge of the services. Funeral
services for , will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow from the Walker Funeral Home,
Worthington.
Bowser is survived by his parents; a sister, Audrey A. Bowser, at home; and his
grandparents, Mrs. Florence Miller, of Kittanning R.D. 3, and Mr. and Mrs. Frank
J. Bowser, of Worthington R.D. 1.
Burial will be in the Lawn Haven Burial Estates, Worthington, Pa.
