Delores Mae Long Stewart
Delores Mae (Long) Stewart, 67, of RD 2, Worthington, Pa., died Sunday, January
11, 1998 at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital, East Franklin Township,
Kittanning, Pa.
She was born July 29, 1930 in Worthington to A. Fred and Ruth (Bowser) Long.
She attended Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington, Pa.
Mrs. Stewart was a homemaker and attended the Craigsville United Methodist
Church, Craigsville, Pa.
She is survived by her husband, Dewey F. Stewart, to whom she was married for
51
years; three sons, Donald Long of Worthington, Dewey Randall Stewart of
Kittanning and Douglas Leroy Stewart of Worthington; six daughters, Mrs. Lloyd
V. (Nancy Mae) Coudriet, Mrs. Kenneth L. (Connie Elaine) Brocious, Mrs. Ferman
L. (Judy Ann) Brocious, Mrs. Thomas G.(Shelly L.) Bureau and Carla Stewart, all
of Worthington and Ruth Ina Barton of Cabot, Pa.; 16 grandchildren; five
great-grandsons; two brothers, Paul William Long Sr. and Robert J. Long, both
of
Worthington; and two sisters, Mrs. Dene L. (Betty Jean) Cressler of Freeport,
Pa., and Linda Long of Worthington.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Charles H. Long who
died on January 25, 1984.
Friends of Delores M. (Long) Stewart, 67, of RD 2, Worthington, Pa., who died
Sunday, January 11, 1998, will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at the F.
Duane Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., A Forethought Member, 119 Bear St.,
Worthington, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday with the
Rev. Sharon Schwab, pastor of the Craigsville United Methodist Church,
officiating.
Interment will take place in Lawn Haven Burial Estates, Worthington, Pa.
