Wade Stanley Claypoole JR
Wade Stanley Claypoole Jr., 16-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Wade S. Claypoole,
died in the parental home, R. D. 2, Worthington, Pa., on Thursday evening, July
19, 1945, at 5:45 o'clock from a heart ailment.
Born October 27, 1928 in West Franklin Township, Armstrong County, he was the
son of Wade S. Sr. and Vera G. (Gaiser) Claypoole.
Wade would have been a junior in Worthington-West Franklin High School in
September. He was a member of the Franklin Union Baptist Church, R. D.
Worthington.
Surviving are his parents; one brother Donald Glenn Claypoole; six sisters,
Doris Louise Claypoole, Shirley Ruth Claypoole, and Dorothy Lee Claypoole, all
at home; Mrs. Bernice Elizabeth Williams of East Butler, Pa. and Freda Alena
Claypoole and Jean Evelyn Claypoole, both of Butler, Pa.
He was preceded in death by an infant sister and brother.
Friends are being received in the family home. Funeral services will be held on
Sunday afternoon, July 22, 1945, at 2:30 o'clock in Franklin Union Baptist
Church.
Burial will be made in Franklin Union Baptist Church Cemetery, Worthington, Pa.
