James Meredith Hogg
James Meredith Hogg, 55, formerly of Worthington, Pa. died Friday, May 3, 1985
in Renova, Pa. of an apparent heart attack.
Born August 1, 1929, he was the son of the late Hamilton S. and Bertha (Bundy)
Hogg.
He was a 1947 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington,
Pa.
He was a veteran of the Korean War and was employed by the Consolidated Gas Co.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret (Yeloushan) Hogg; two sons, James Mark Hogg
and Jack Hogg; three brothers, Clarence Walter Hogg of RD 6, Kittanning, Pa.,
Frank R. Hogg of RD 7, Kittanning, and Donald Hamilton Hogg of RD 1,
Worthington; three sisters, Mrs. George (Jean Marie) Giff of Worthington, Mrs.
Ira (Emma Irene) Gates of Batavia, New York, and Mrs. Carl R. (Betty Lou)
Claypool of Mechanicsburg, Pa. and a stepmother, Twila Hogg of Brockway, Pa.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Charles Robert
Hogg Sr., who passed away January 2, 1978.
