Alice Vivian Beckett Miller
Alice Vivian (Beckett) Miller, 84, of Worthington, Pa., died Thursday, November
7, 2013, at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital, Kittanning, Pa.
She was born in West-Franklin Township, February 9, 1929, a daughter of the
late Glenn and Elsie (Hamilton) Beckett.
She was a 1947 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington,
Pa.
She was a nurse's aide at Butler Hospital, Butler, Pa., and an avid bowler.
Survivors include her sons, Thomas William Miller Jr. (Phyllis), of
Worthington, Charles Miller, of Worthington, and Michael Alan Miller, Glenshaw,
Pa.; daughter, Sandra Lee Fair (Roger H.), of Laveen, Ariz.; several
grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and sisters, Betty J. Goldstrom, of Rural
Valley, Pa. and Dorothy L. Burris, of Butler, Pa.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas W.
Miller Sr. on August 5, 2013; brother, Richard Glenn Beckett, October 24, 2013;
and sister, Genevieve L. McEwen, on July 11, 1991.
Funeral services are private.
Interment in Lawn Haven Burial Estates, Worthington, Pa.
