Dorothy Maxine Garis Patrick
Dorothy Maxine Garis Patrick, 83, of Mars passed away Tuesday, November 9, 2010,
at the St. John Specialty Care Center.
She was born June 14, 1927, in Clarion County, the daughter of the late William
McKinley Garis and Blanche (Shetler) Garis.
She was a 1946 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington,
Pa.
Dorothy retired as a registered nurse from Citizens General Hospital in New
Kensington.
She attended the First United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her daughter-in-law, Marguerite Patrick of Glenshaw; two
grandsons, Kevin and Brody; and three great- grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Earl Patrick, who passed away
Sept. 1, 2006; and a son, William Earl Patrick Jr, and three brothers, William
JR, Robert and Ernest and an infant sister, Rebecca.
Private services and burial for Dorothy Maxine Patrick, who died Tuesday, Nov.
9, 2010, were at the Worthington Presbyterian Cemetery.
Arrangements were made by Young Funeral Home, Butler, Pa.
