James Waldo Hufhand

James Waldo Hufhand, 91, of Sebring, Fla., formerly of Manorville, died Sunday,
August 20, 2017.

Born in Manorville on January 6, 1926, to Samuel Howard and Genevieve Roxie
(Fair) Hufhand. He was the oldest of five children.

He attended Worthington-West Frankling High School, Worthington, Pa.

He married Guinevere Fulton in 1950, at the First Baptist Church in Ford City.
Mr. Hufhand worked at the Aluminum Ladder in Worthington and Pittsburgh Plate
Glass Co. in Ford City.

For the last few years, he was a resident of the Maranatha Manor in Sebring and
was a member in good standing of the Maranatha Baptist Church of Sebring.

His first wife, Guinevere, died in April of 2007, and is buried in the Lawn
Haven Cemetery in Worthington. In November of 2008, he remarried Marie
Bonnesell, a resident of Maranatha Village. Marie died in 2015. 

He is survived by two brothers, the Rev. Lawrence Hufhand of Noblesville, Ind.
and David E. Hufhand of Kokomo, Ind., and 18 nieces and nephews, one of which is
his legal advisor and care giver, Mr. Todd Hufhand of Tipton, Ind.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, along with his sister,
Marcella, in 1948, and his brother, the Rev. Leland F. Hufhand.

Funeral services were held at the Maranatha Baptist Church with the Rev. Terry
Price officiating.

Friends will be received from 1 p.m. Saturday at the Mantini Funeral Home Inc.,
701 Sixth Ave., Ford City until the time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. with
the Rev. Lawrence Hufhand officiating. 

Interment will be Lawn Haven Burial Estates, Worthington, Pa.
