Paul Francis Edwards

Paul Francis Edwards, 74, of Fenelton (Clearfield Township, Butler County), died
Wednesday, November 21, 2001 at Butler Memorial Hospital.

He was born February 14, 1927 to William and Margaret (Shearer) Edwards.

Mr. Edwards was retired from Moonlight Mushroom Farm.

An Army veteran, he served in Korea as a military policeman and chaplain's
assistant.

He attended Worthington-West Franklin School.

He was a member of St. John's Roman Catholic Church, Fenelton.

An avid fisherman, he also enjoyed spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Cecilia M. (Olszak) Edwards; two sons,
Paul A. Edwards of Butler and David J. Edwards of Slippery Rock; two daughters,
Mary R. Davis and Elizabeth A. Karch, both of Butler; eight grandchildren; two
great-grandchildren; three sisters, Kathleen Hodak of Yellow Dog, Elizabeth
Lewis of Worthington and Joanne Crawford of Ohio; and a number of nieces and
nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, William Edwards.

Friends of Paul F. Edwards, 74, of Fenelton, who died Nov. 21, 2001, will be
received from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday at the F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home, 424 Bear
St., Worthington. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St.
John's Church, Coylesville with the Rev. Louis Pascazi officiating. 

Interment will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Herman, Pa.
