Mildred Delp Beckett
Mildred Delp Beckett, 70, of RR 4, Kittanning, Pa., died Thursday afternoon,
April 13, 1978, at the Allegheny Valley Hospital, Natrona Heights.
She was born January 6, 1909 to Harvey and Sarah (Alexander) Croyle in Manor
Township.
She was a member of the United Presbyterian Church of Slate Lick, Pa. and a
retired school teacher having taught at the Worthington Schools, Worthington,
Pa.
In addition to her mother who resides in Kittanning, she is survived by her
husband, Ralph H. Beckett; two daughters, Mrs. W. Fred (Melinda) Davis of
Cowansville, Pa. and Mrs. Robert (Melissa) Krantz of Hollidaysburg, Pa.; two
stepdaughters, Mrs. Richard (Jean) Reynolds of New Castle, Pa. and Mrs. Richard
(Martha) Mansfield of RR2, Vandergrift, Pa; a brother, Ellis Croyle of Ford
Cliff, Pa.; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Her first husband, Clyde Delp, died in 1967.
Friends of Mildred Beckett, who died April 13, 1978, will be received from 7 to
9 p.m. Friday and Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the F. Duane Snyder
Funeral Home, Kittanning, where service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday by the
Rev. Palmer W. Manson, pastor of the United Presbyterian Church of Slate Lick.
Burial will be in Lawn Haven Burial Estates, East Franklin Township,
Worthington, Pa.
