Lee Eugene Caylor

Lee Eugene Caylor, 81, formerly of Clayton, N.Y. and Garden City, S.C. died
Tuesday, May 29, 2007, at River Hospital, Alexandria Bay, N.Y.

Born December 18, 1925, in Ringgold, Pa., son of Rush and Blanche (Davis)
Caylor.

He attended Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington, Pa.

Mr. Caylor had worked for Graphic Controls Corp. in Buffalo and Clayton, N.Y. 

He served in the Army Air Forces during World War II as sergeant in the 393rd
Bombardment Squadron, 509th Composite Group, which flew the atomic bomb missions
that ended the war.

A marriage to Dorothy Irene Smith, a 1946 Worthington West-Franklin High School
graduate ended in divorce. She died July 3, 2006. A marriage
to Hulda Marie Delaney of Watertown, N.Y. who attended Worthington West-Franklin
High School ended in divorce.

Mr. Caylor loved boating, fishing, music, poetry, gardening and genealogy.

Surviving children of Lee and Dorothy; a son, Stephen Lee Caylor,
Fredericksburg, Va.; two daughters, Cherly Lorraine Good, Portland, Ore., and
Jody L. Beerman, Alexandria Bay, seven grandchildren and four
great-grandchildren.

A sister, Lois Evelyn Johnson, died May 26, 1985, and a daughter, Dianna Lynn,
died in 1992.

There will be no public services.
