Delores Edna Annabelle Risch Smith
Delores Edna Risch Smith, 69, of RD 1, Worthington, Pa. (West Franklin
Township), Armstrong County, died Wednesday, May 24, 1995, at Armstrong County
Memorial Hospital, East Franklin Township, Kittanning, Pa.
Born December 14, 1925, in Butler County (Pennsylvania), she was the daughter of
Adam H. and Olive M. (Ritchey) Risch.
She graduated in 1944 from Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington,
Pa.
She was a former member of Worthington Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband of 47 years, Robert W. Smith; two daughters, Mrs. Ross
C. (Donna Kay) Kilian of Grove City, Pa. and Mrs. Roger L. (Sara L.) Price of
Butler, Pa.; two grandchildren; five brothers, William Robert Risch, Raymond
Lawrence Risch, Charles George Risch all of Wash. state, Frank Ralph Risch of
Boynton Beach, Florida and Rodger Jeremiah Risch of Honolulu, Hawaii; and two
sisters Florence Jennie Smith of Montgomeryville, Pa. and Olive "Valjean"
Sheldon of Camano Island, Wash.; A nephew, David T. Risch of the Philadelphia,
Pa. area and raised by his grandparents in the Risch household.
Friends of Delores Edna (Risch) Smith, who died Wednesday, May 24, 1995, will be
received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, May 26 at F. Duane Snyder Funeral
Home, Bear Street, Worthington. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m.
Saturday, May 27, 1995 at the funeral home with the Rev. Fred Plastow, pastor of
the Gospel Missionary Union, officiating.
Burial will be in Lawn Haven Burial Estates, Worthington, Pa.
Memorial donations may be made to the Baptist Children's Home and Family
Ministries, 3543 West St., Valparaiso, IN 46383.
