Dorothy Jean McGrady Kerr

Dorothy Jean (McGrady) Kerr, 48, of Worthington, died at 2 p.m. Tuesday, January
7, 1975, in Allegheny Valley Hospital, Natrona Heights, after a long illness.

Born October 5, 1926, in West Winfield, she was the daughter of Gertrude
(Cypher) McGrady and the late William P. McGrady.

She was a member of St John Roman Catholic Church, Coylesville, and was a 1944
graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School.

Surviving are her husband, George L. Kerr; two sons, George W. Kerr of Elderton,
and Jack M. Kerr at home, a daughter, Linda E. Kerr at home; her mother,
Gertrude (Cypher) McGrady of Worthington; five sisters, Mrs. William (Betty L.)
Rome of Butler R.D. 3, Mrs. Anthony (E. JoAnne) Betti of Crestline, Ohio, Mrs.
Herbert (Mary E.) Smith of Worthington R.D. 1, Mrs. Robert (Margaret A.)
Zellefrow of Erie, Mrs. Edwin (Nancy G.) McCoullough of Fort Scott, Kans.; and a
grandchild.

A brother, John "Jack" Frederick McGrady, preceded her in death, Feb. 23, 1945.

Friends of Mrs. Dorothy J. McGrady Kerr of Worthington, who died Tuesday, Jan 7,
1975, will be received at the James A. Flick Funeral Home, Worthington, from 7
to 9 p.m. Wednesday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Funeral services
will be held at 10 a.m. Friday from St. John Roman Catholic Church, Coylesville,
with the Rev. Paul W. Dillon, pastor, officiating. 

Burial will be in St. John Roman Catholic Church Cemetery, Fenelton, Pa. 

Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
