Carl Raymond Claypool

Carl Raymond Claypool, 58, of 1120 Grenada Lane, Mechanicsburg, died Thursday
evening, October 10, 1985, at the Polyclinic Medical Center, Harrisburg.
 
Bron March 14, 1927 in Worthington, he was a son of the late Harry O. and Eva
(Forester) Claypool.

He graduated in 1944 from Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington,
Pa.
 
He was the owner and operator of Claypool-Griffith Construction Co. in
Mechanicsburg, a member of Mechanicsburg Presbyterian Church and a church
trustee.
 
A World War II Army veteran, he was a member of the Range End Country Club and
the club's men's association.
 
Survivors include his wife, Betty Lou (Hogg) Claypool; two daughters, Mrs. Carol
A. Keefer and Mrs. Robin G. Griffith both of Mechanicsburg; two brothers, Harry
S. Claypool Sr. of Harrisburg and Dane O. Claypool of Worthington and four
grandchildren.
 
Funeral services for Carl R. Claypool, 58, of 1120 Grenada Lane, Mechanicsburg,
who died Thursday, Oct 10, 1985, were scheduled to be held at 11 a.m. Saturday
at Mechanicsburg Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Jay F. Walters and the Rev.
Donald E. Potter officiating. 

Burial was to follow in Grantham Memorial Gardens, Grantham, Pa.
