Richard E Croyle

Richard E. Croyle, 89 of Harleysville, Pa., passed away on Friday June 6, 2014.


He was the husband of Evelyn E, (Kelley) Croyle, with whom he shared 68 years of
marriage.
 
Born on November 18, 1924 in New Kensington, Pa., he was one of eleven children
to the late Amos J. and Ivy G. (Tarr) Croyle.  

He was 1943 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington, Pa.
 
Mr. Croyle served in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II.  
He studied engineering at University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, Pa., and founded
Seventy-Three Mfg. Co. and Rota-Cyl Corp., Bechtelsville, Pa., in 1967, where he
was President. 

He was a 32 Degree Mason and 60 year member of the Grand Lodge of Ohio and was a
member of Covenant Presbyterian Church, Harleysville, Pa.
 
In addition to his wife he is survived by his son Michael Croyle and daughter
Candace Warner and family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, William J.
Croyle, Albert B. Croyle, James Miller "Tad" Croyle, Rayburn F. Croyle, and
sisters, Zelma E. Frankham, Jenny Irene Campbell, Henrietta F. McKesell, Alice
M. Croyle, Delores Jean Valek and Bette Elizebeth Wallwork. 
 
Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday June 12, 2014 from 5 to 6:30
p.m. at the Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home, Inc. 667 Harleysville Pike,
Telford, Pa. (Franconia Twp.).  

Interment will be private.
