Jean Elizabeth (Benton) Foringer, 76, of Freeport Road, Freeport, Pa., died
Saturday, May 26, 2001 at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital, East Franklin
Township, Kittanning, Pa.
She was born in Worthington, Pa. on July 27, 1924 to William "Paul" and Frances
M.(Welton) Benton.
She attended Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington, Pa.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star in Freeport.
Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Donald Eugene Foringer; one son
Donald Eugene Foringer, Jr. of Edmond, Okla.; one daughter, Debra Jean Clark of
Pottstown, Pa.; five grandchildren, Kristen M. and Kate Foringer and Ian M.,
Kayla L. and Kaitlyn M. Clark; two brothers, Emerson Leroy Benton of Titusville,
Fla. and William Paul Benton Jr. of Sarver, Pa.; andone sister, Ila Yvonne
Benton of Harrisburg, Pa.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends of Jean Elizabeth (Benton) Foringer, 76, of Freeport Road, Freeport, who
died May 26, 2001, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the
F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home, 424 Bear St., Worthington, where additional
visitation will be held from 10 a.m. Wednesday until the time of funeralservices
at 11 a.m. with Rev. Sue Irons and Rev. Robert Croyle, co-officiating.
Burial will be in Lawn Haven Burial Estates, Worthington, Pa.
