Daisy Mary McMillen Ulisky
Daisy Mary McMillen Ulisky, 94, passed away Thursday, June 1, 2017, at
Stonespring of Vandalia in Dayton, Ohio.
She was born April 3, 1923, in Craigsville, a daughter of Thomas Raymond and
Mary J. (Thompson) McMillen.
She atttended Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington, Pa.
She is survived by son, Richard Ulisky and wife, Mary, of Dayton, Ohio; sisters,
Anna Clepper of DuBois and Phyllis Sack of Lower Burrell; granddaughter,
Michelle and husband, Timothy O’Brien, of Smyrna, Ga.; and several friends and
relatives.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard
Walter Ulisky; four sisters, Ella Haggerty, Alma Sipes, Verda Double and Nancy
Tantlinger and six brothers, Plumber, Floyd, Charles, Daniel, Thomas and
Herman.
Friends will be received from 9 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. on
Saturday, June 10, 2017, at the F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home, 119 Bear St.,
Worthington, with the Rev. James Neal officiating.
Burial will be in the Worthington Presbyterian Cemetery, Worthington, Pa.
