Ann nmn Conrad Polacek
Ann Conrad Polacek of Chicago, IL, passed way December 26, 1990.
She was born, May 15, 1925, in Ganister, Pa., a daughter of Michael and Anna
(Lucheon) Conrad Sr.
She was a 1942 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington,
Pa.
She belonged to Saint Peter & Paul Orthodox Church in Chicago.
Prior to her retirement in May, 1990, she wa employed by Central Steel and
Wire.
She enjoyed playing bridge and crocheting.
She is survived by her husband George, son, George, daughter, Donna Dorosa, one
brother, Michael and two sisters, Elizabeth Risch and Sharon Hamilton.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one sister Dorothy
Furimsky November 14, 1989, and one brother Gregory, October, 20, 1965.
Interment in Evergreen Cemetery, Cypress Grove Section, Evergreen Park, Il.
