Richard Walter Ulisky
Richard Walter Ulisky, 77, of Dayton, Ohio, died Tuesday, September 19, 2000.
He was born in Craigsville, Pa., February 3, 1923 to Suzanne Ulisky. He was
raised in Craigsville by his grandparents who adopted him, Michael and Judith
(Ulisky) Ulisky.
Survivors include his wife, Daisey Mary (McMillen) Ulisky; one son, Richard W.
(Mary E.) Ulisky; one granddaughter, Michelle; his mother, Suzanne Denniston;
one brother, James Edward Ulisky and three sisters, Julia Tillie Earl, Mildred
Bush and Leona Mary Morrison.
He was preceded in death by his adopted parents, Michael and Judith Ulisky; six
brothers, Michael, John, Paul, Steven, Andrew and George; and two sisters, Mary
and Helen.
Friends of Richard Walter Ulisky, 77, of Dayton, Ohio, who died September 19,
2000, will be received from 9 a.m. Saturday until the time of funeral service at
11 a.m. at the F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home, 119 Bear St., Worthington, Pa.,
with the Rev. Sue Irons, pastor of the Worthington Evangelical Lutheran Church,
officiating.
Interment in the Worthington Presbyterian Cemetery, Worthington, Pa.
