Margaret Effie Bush Hindman
Margaret Effie (Bush) Hindman, 83, of Worthington, died Thursday, December 22,
2005, in Sugar Creek Rest, Worthington.
She was born May 22, 1922, in Worthington to Byron Joseph Sr. and Mabel
Katherine (Templeton) Bush.
She attended Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington, Pa.
Mrs. Hindman was a homemaker.
She was a member of the Craigsville Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Elmer F. Hindman; two daughters,
Sandra L. Tarr and Linda L. Roycroft; four grandchildren, Tracey Custer, Kris
Claypoole, Scott Guminey and Wendi Brink; eight great-grandchildren; and two
sisters, Dorothy Bowser and Frances Long.
She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Milton, B. Joseph,
Richard K., and George T. and one sister, Florence Forester.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the F. Duane
Snyder Funeral Home, Bear Street, Worthington, where funeral services will be
held at 11 a.m. Monday with the Rev. Earl Watterson officiating.
Burial will be in Lawn Haven Burial Estates, Worthington, Pa.
The family requests memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes
Association.
