Frank nmn Luketic

Frank Luketic, 72, of 22 E. Fairview Ave., Bessemer (Lawrence County), Pa., died
Friday, January 19, 1996, at his residence.

He was born November 21, 1923 in Cowansville, Pa. to Peter and Helen
(Mastrovich) Luketic.

He graduated with the Class of 1941 from Worthington-West Franklin High School,
Worthington, Pa.

Mr. Luketic was employed for Bessemer Cement, where he was a quarry truck
driver.

He was a member of St. Anthony Roman Catholic Church, Bessemer, where he was a
member of the  St. Anthony Carroll Club and he also was a church usher.

He was a U.S. Army veteran having served during World War II.

He was president and a member of AFL-CIO, Local 2728; was a Democrat
Committeeman; was a member of both, the American Legion and the Veterans of
Foreign Wars; and was a member of both, the Croatian Club and the Johnson Club.

Survivors include his wife, Zella M. (Grebens) Luketic, whom he married on April
23, 1949; on son, Frank W. Luketic of Bessemer; two daughters, Linda Kerr and
Kathy Luketic both of Bessemer; four grandchildren; five brothers, George
Luketic, Mark Luketic, Nicholas Luketich and Peter Daniel Luketic, all of
Cowansville and Paul L. Luketic of Cadogan, Pa.; and one sister, Mildred Luketic
of Kittanning, Pa.

He was preceded in death by Joseph Luketic.

Friends of Frank Luketic, 72, of 22 E. Fairview Ave., Bessemer (Lawrence
County), who died January 19, 1996, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday
and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the H. Ralph Cunningham Funeral Home, 203
Oak St., Bessemer. A funeral mass will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, January 22,
1996 at St. Anthony Roman Catholic Church, Bessemer, with his pastor, the Rev.
James A. Downs officiating.

Interment will take place in St. Anthony Cemetery, Bessemer, Pa.

The family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to St. Francis
Hospice.
