Luella Maude Shaner Duncan  

Luella Maude Shaner Duncan, 62, of Homestead, Fl., formerly of Worthington, died
at 2:00 a.m. Monday  May 7, 1984 in Jackson Memorial Hospital, Miami, after a
short illness.

She was born October 24, 1921, the daughter of Charles J. and Lillian M.
(Krider) Shaner.

She attended Worthinton-West Franklin High School, Worthngton, Pa.

She was of the Presbyterian faith.

She was previously employed at Agway and enjoyed baking.

She is survived by her one son, Daniel Martin Duncan of Miami, five daughters,
Barbara Toy and Vonda K, Duncan, both of Miami, Karen  B. Chestnut of
Worthington, Jacquelyn (James) Hepler of Bradys Bend, Laura M. Beere of Baum
Pump Station, one brother Jack C. Shaner of Freeport, three sisters Margaret E.
(Leroy) Morrison of Worthington, Jean B. James of Freeport and and Dorothy
Shaner of Ohio, ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren

She was predeceased by her husband, Daniel in 1965, one son, James and one
infant daughter.

Friends of Luella M. Duncan, 62, of Homestead, Fl., formeraly of Worthington,
who died Monday, May 7, 1984, will be received from 5 tp 9 p.m. Wednesday at the
James A. Flick Funeral Home, Worthington, where funeral service will be held at
1 p.m. Thrsday withe Rev Richard H. Cornwell of the Grace Brethren Church, West
Kittanning officiating.

Burial in Worthington Presbyterian Cemetery, Worthington, Pa.
