Edith Pauline Irwin Porter Benton

Edith Pauline Irwin Porter Benton, 86, formerly of Beaver Falls, passed away
Saturday, September 15, 2007.

She was born October 24, 1921, to the late Ernest and Estelle (Heasley) Irwin,
who later married Clarence Fay Porter.

She attended Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington, Pa. 

She was an antique dealer in the Beaver County area, was an avid doll collector,
and owned Pauline's Antiques in Darlington. 

She was a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star (Enon Valley Chapter).

Surviving are two sons and daughter-in-laws, Edwin L. and Holly Benton,
Wilmington, N.C., and Timothy N. and Janice Benton, Chattanooga, Tenn.; two
daughters and son-in-laws, Jane and Steve "Dan" Holt, Green Cove Springs, Fla.,
and Michelle and Jim Daniel, Jacksonville, Fla.; 16 grandchildren; 16
great-grandchildren; brother, Leon F. Irwin, St Augustine, Fla.; half-brothers
Wayne F. and Esther Porter, Freeport, Pa., and C. William and Lillian Porter,
Butler, and sister-in-law, Dorothy Porter, Darlington.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, David F.
Benton, and a half-brother, Ralph E. Porter.
